  • Four hours after its market debut, Dubai South Properties reported that the last phase of its South Bay development—which is situated in the center of Dubai South’s Residential District—had sold out quickly.
  • Strong demand and the tactical success of the company’s project releases are highlighted by the quick sale, which comes after all previously offered units were successfully sold out in earlier rounds.
  • 160 apartments, including three- and four-bedroom townhouses and four- and five-bedroom semi-detached villas, were part of the recently announced phase.

  • When South Bay is finished, it will have more than 200 opulent waterfront mansions, over 800 roomy villas and townhouses, a kilometer-long lagoon, more than 3 kilometers of waterfront promenade with cafes, numerous beaches, a clubhouse, cutting-edge fitness centers, lush parks, a shopping center, a renowned spa, kids’ clubs, waterparks, swimming pools, a lake park, and private beaches, among other amenities.
