Cybersecurity and IoT powerhouse WISeKey International Holding Ltd (NASDAQ: WKEY) officially appointed Gwenael Rouy-Poirier as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of its satellite subsidiary, WISeSat.Space Corp.
The appointment is a critical tactical move as WISeSat enters a period of aggressive expansion and prepares for its anticipated public listing on the Nasdaq via a business combination with Columbus Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: COLA).
The Strategic Hire: Gwenael Rouy-Poirier
Rouy-Poirier brings over 25 years of high-level financial experience in capital-intensive industries, including aerospace, defense, and industrial technology.
Proven Track Record: He has held senior divisional CFO roles at global leaders such as GKN Aerospace, Honeywell, and Danaher.
Capital Markets Expert: His background in M&A, restructuring, and navigating both private-equity and listed environments is intended to make WISeSat “investor-ready” for U.S. public markets.
