international molecular diagnostics business Novacyt S.A. and the UK Department of Health and Social Care have reached a settlement in which Novacyt agrees to pay £5 million without acknowledging any culpability. The trial that was due for this week is canceled as a result of the settlement, which ends all claims and counterclaims.
