Elon Musk has withdrawn his lawsuit against OpenAI in front of the case’s planned hearing on Wednesday.
In February, Musk filed a lawsuit against the artificial intelligence business based in San Francisco and its CEO, Sam Altman, for what he saw to be a breach of the ChatGPT maker’s basic goals, which were to assist humanity rather than pursue profits.
