- As part of their ongoing analysis of Chautauqua County real estate sales, The Post-Journal and OBSERVER recently examined the deals that took place between April 11 and 19.
- In this time frame, RPCI Oncology, PC of Buffalo purchased 21 Porter Ave., Jamestown from Ibabao Realty, LLC of Lakewood for $598,000.Jamestown Medical Oncology & Hematology is a part of the Roswell Park Care Network and is located here.
- This area has been associated with Roswell for several years. A 1997 practice started by board-certified internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology specialist Jairus Ibabao, MD, began serving patients in the Jamestown area. In 2013, Jamestown Medical Oncology Hematology LLC (JMOH) and Roswell Park formalized and strengthened their partnership. As per the terms of the 2013 agreement, JMOH committed to go on with its Roswell Park community cancer practice out of the same address, 21 Porter Ave., Jamestown.
- A lot on Burnham Road, Arkwright was sold by DAF Land Holdings, LLC to the County of Chautauqua for $73,944 in a separate transaction.
- near November, the Chautauqua County Legislature voted to buy around 40 acres of property near Arkwright from DAF Property Holdings to build a loop for the Eastside Overland Trail. This news was covered by the Post-Journal and OBSERVER. The Parks Capital Improvement account of the county provided the funding.

- — The town of Pomfret sold for $300,000 the following properties: 9327 and 9337 Route 60, a lot on Spoden Road, and a property on Fredonia-Stockton Road.

- For $103,700, Thomas Pintagro sold Bethanne Common 8 Beverly Place in Jamestown.
- For $200,000, Paul and Darlene Miller sold Samuel and Ella Detweiler 721 Wade Hill Road in Ellington.
- Christopher Dass purchased 57 Tenney St. in Dunkirk City and a piece of land on South Roberts Road in Dunkirk Town for $43,000 from the executor of James Noto’s last will.
- For $15,000, Eric Dobrowski sold Thomas and Holly Van Tassel 37 Maple Ave. in Ripley.
- The town of Pomfret’s 9327 and 9337 Route 60, as well as a piece on Spoden Road and a piece on Fredonia-Stockton Road, were all sold by Middlesex Gardens, LLC of Fredonia to the Gambino Family Irrevocable Trust for $300,000.

- Joyce Kightlinger and Terry Anderson received $95,000 from Jason and Patricia Cook for the sale of 5821 Thorton Road, Ellington.
- Maribel Ates purchased 116 Deer St., Dunkirk from James Sullivan for $60,000.
- For $64,000, Charles Schmitzer IV sold Steven and Annamarie Bialkowski 4233 Waterman Road in Stockton.
