- Robert Bennett, a former director of Warner Bros Discovery (NASDAQ: WBD), was also named to the board by the business.
- McCarthy will join Flutter’s audit committee, and as part of the appointments, which take effect on July 30, Bennett will join the risk and sustainability committee.
- McCarthy, a 23-year Disney veteran, was appointed CFO of the business in 2015 and served in that capacity until June of last year. During her employment, she has held many leadership positions at Disney and is presently a director at Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG).
- Previous to this, Bennett served as Liberty Media’s president and CEO. He now serves as a director at Liberty Media and HP (NYSE: HPQ).
- Rob Coldrake took over as global CFO for Dublin-based Flutter in May, succeeding Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson, who was also leaving as executive director.
